RIDEX PLUS is a technically advanced product line featuring high-quality components and cutting-edge technology. Launched in 2022, it incorporates premium materials, advanced protective coatings, and enhanced lubricants that deliver higher performance output and an extended service life.
Both product lines are manufactured in certified, industry-leading factories and comply with the same international quality management standards. The difference lies in the specifications of the components themselves. RIDEX PLUS is built to a higher specification: unique engineering developments, premium-grade materials, and additional protective treatments result in measurably higher performance and a longer operational lifespan.

REMANUFACTURED ORIGINAL PARTS
This product line features professionally remanufactured original parts that are rigorously tested to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. Every component undergoes a meticulous restoration process and laboratory certification at our factory in the Czech Republic, ensuring the same reliability and performance as a brand-new original part.
Each RIDEX REMAN component goes through a structured, multi-stage remanufacturing process:
- Disassembly – the original part is fully stripped down to its individual components. This is a complete disassembly, not a partial inspection.
- Cleaning – all components are thoroughly cleaned, including sandblasting where necessary, to remove contamination and allow the underlying material to be inspected accurately.
- Inspection – every component is evaluated against defined quality criteria. Parts that do not meet the required standard are removed from the process and forwarded to recycling.
- Replacement of worn elements – all wear components are replaced with new ones as standard, including bearings, diodes, brushes, seals and other elements that are critical to performance and service life.
- Reassembly and testing – the component is reassembled and subjected to performance testing to confirm it meets original equipment specifications. Only parts that pass all quality checks are released under the RIDEX REMAN name.
A remanufactured part and a used part are not the same thing. A used part is removed from a vehicle and resold in its existing condition, with no guarantee of its remaining service life or performance. A RIDEX REMAN part is disassembled, inspected, rebuilt, and tested according to a defined quality standard. Worn or non-conforming elements are replaced. The finished component performs to original specifications.
