To request a quote you must be registered on our website.

After that, you can place an order using one of the following methods:

1. Upload the XLS file with the list of parts you would like to order on our page.

2. Add car parts to your basket via the product pages or using part numbers via "Bulk order pad" in the main website menu.

Where are RIDEX car parts made?
 
RIDEX products are manufactured at several large factories in Southeast Asia. These production facilities are certified according to international standards for quality, environmental protection, and health and safety management: ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
How can I check what car (or cars) a spare part will fit?
 

Step 1. Find the spare part you need in our e-catalogue, or using the side menu or the search bar on the official RIDEX website. You can search for car parts using the name of the part, OEM number, or the part number of a brand to which you need an alternative.

Step 2. Open the car part page. Below the part's technical details, you'll see the tab "Suitable vehicles". Beneath it, you'll find the list of cars this car part will fit.

Where can I find more detailed technical specifications of a car part?

How do I return a core part (Ridex Reman)?
 
To return an old core part to the distributor and get the core charge refunded, you must go to the website of the distributor you purchased the spare part from. You can do this here. On the distributor's website, check the item return instructions and fill in the return form for the old part. Send your old car part to the address specified on the distributor's website and wait for the result of the manufacturer's examination. You can find more detailed instructions on core part return and other aspects of the exchange procedure on the distributor's website.
