Since 2018, RIDEX REMAN has been giving original equipment components a second life through expert remanufacturing. Every part is tested and restored to meet OE performance standards. Remanufactured in the EU, RIDEX REMAN products are certified and backed by the same quality commitment as the entire RIDEX range.
REMAN PROCESS
Each component is completely stripped down and thoroughly inspected.
All parts are cleaned, which includes sandblasting of casings, to remove contamination and expose the underlying material for accurate inspection.
Each part is evaluated against defined quality criteria. Anything that doesn't meet the standard is removed and sent for recycling.
All wear elements — bearings, diodes, brushes, seals — are replaced with new parts as standard.
The component is rebuilt at our factories in the EU under controlled conditions.
Every finished part is tested to original equipment specifications. No component that fails quality verification reaches the customer.
