How to identify your product?
To check if your product is affected, you will need the PPC Number. This code allows us to trace the production batch and delivery date.
Where is the PPC Number?
The PPC Number is located on a sticker on the original packaging. Please check the outer box or the shipping sticker for this code.
Note: If you no longer have the original packaging containing the PPC Number, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to assist you in identifying the product through other characteristics.
What to do in case of a recall?
- Stop using the product.
- Compare the PPC Number on the packaging with the numbers listed here.
- Contact us for a free replacement or full refund.
