Every RIDEX part is verified at every stage – from the supplier audit to dispatch
Every part under the RIDEX brand is developed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements established by vehicle manufacturers. The production process is based on precision engineering and strict adherence to technical documentation, with material controls at every stage – ensuring consistent quality from batch to batch.
Internationally recognised standards, independently audited
RIDEX operates a quality management framework based on four internationally recognised standards, which are applied at every level of the supply chain. Supplier compliance is verified through mandatory on-site audits conducted by RIDEX specialists before any manufacturer is approved.
ISO 9001
IATF 16949
ISO 14001
ISO 45001
More than 250 independent tests carried out across the portfolio
New products are developed and validated using APQP and PPAP methodologies before entering serial production.
All finished products are subject to independent laboratory testing by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited facilities, covering four core areas:
Functional performance
Dimensional accuracy
Material compliance
Durability & endurance
A multi-level system from supplier to customer
Before any supplier is approved, RIDEX specialists conduct an on-site audit verifying that the factory meets IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards in practice. Incoming goods are inspected at RIDEX warehouses in accordance with ISO 3951-3 sampling standards. Any delivery where a non-conformity is detected is rejected and does not proceed to sale. Outgoing inspections at the production facility provide an additional control layer before dispatch.
Safety-critical parts under the highest level of oversight
RIDEX operates a risk-based quality management system. The highest level of oversight is given to components that directly affect vehicle safety, which entails mandatory incoming inspections, increased testing frequency, and on-site supplier audits. All RIDEX products comply with applicable EU regulations and road safety standards. A dedicated compliance department monitors regulatory requirements across all product categories and markets.
Brake pads and discs are tested and certified in accordance with ECE R90, the EU regulation that governs replacement braking components. For vehicle owners, this means RIDEX brake components meet the same regulatory standard as original equipment. For workshops and distributors, it provides the required basis of documented compliance for professional installation.
RIDEX products are manufactured by leading factories that apply rigorous production standards and certified quality management systems. By cutting out the middlemen and operating at scale, RIDEX delivers considerable cost savings directly to customers without compromising on manufacturing quality, certification standards, or product reliability.
